Data collected. Through the contact form we collect: name, phone/WhatsApp number, area, property type, number of bedrooms and a free message. Data is transmitted via the FormSubmit service and delivered to our mailbox.
Purpose. The data is used exclusively to contact you back, book the free audit and prepare the requested quote. It is not shared with third parties, not used for unsolicited marketing and not kept longer than needed to handle your request and any obligations related to the services.
Legal basis. Processing is based on the consent given when submitting the form (mandatory checkbox) and on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Your rights. You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to starthubproject1@gmail.com: we reply within 30 days.
Security. Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in a protected mailbox. Access is limited to the people who manage audits and quotes.

Ministerial Order 985-24 (Official Gazette, 27 May 2025) + law 80-14 + decree 2.23.441: every tourist furnished rental must be licensed, classified and compliant — air conditioning, fire safety, private bathrooms, room sizes, mandatory equipment. The 24-month adjustment window is already running. A compliant property earns the ‘licensed’ badge on the platforms and rents for 15–25% more; a non-compliant one risks the fine and the delisting.
