Tourist Licence Marrakech was born from a simple observation: with law 80-14 and decree 985-24, thousands of owners — Medina riads, Gueliz apartments, Palmeraie villas — must bring their property up to standard, and nobody was doing it end to end. On one side, contractors who do not know the classification grid; on the other, lawyers who do not know what it takes to create a private bathroom in a riad. How we work
Every relationship starts with the free audit: your property screened point by point against the decree 985-24 grid (A-norms mandatory at 100%, B-norms at 70%), with photos and readings. Only then do we write the quote, line by line. Day to day: licensed companies, certificates admissible by the administration, and documented follow-up until the licence is issued.
We know Marrakech’s specific files: ADER heritage and difficult access in the Medina, Gueliz co-ownerships, large villas of the Palmeraie and the Ourika road, rural guesthouses of the Haouz — and remote management for non-resident owners, who make up most of our clients.

The legal countdown
Deadline ~May 2027: after that, fines of 10,000–50,000 DH
Ministerial Order 985-24 (Official Gazette, 27 May 2025) + law 80-14 + decree 2.23.441: every tourist furnished rental must be licensed, classified and compliant — air conditioning, fire safety, private bathrooms, room sizes, mandatory equipment. The 24-month adjustment window is already running. A compliant property earns the ‘licensed’ badge on the platforms and rents for 15–25% more; a non-compliant one risks the fine and the delisting.
